Hi everyone, I’m Leah, a Registered Nurse and the founder of Paynes Permanent Brows. With a background in nursing and a passion for beauty, I specialize in professional permanent makeup services including brows and lip blush, along with esthetic services designed to help clients look and feel their best. My goal is to enhance natural beauty while maintaining the highest standards of safety, sanitation, and client care. As an RN, I take every PMU and esthetic procedure seriously — using safe practices, proper techniques, and a detail-focused approach to ensure every client has a comfortable, professional, and personalized experience. Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected situations can happen and appointments may need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Paynes Permanent Brows at least 48 hours in advance at 832-280-5572. Clients who cancel less than 48 hours before their appointment or fail to show up and/or doesn’t fill out the required paperwork ahead of their appointment time, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. This policy helps protect our time and accommodate other clients waiting for appointments. Thank you for understanding and respecting our booking policy.
